ERIC CIAMPOLI
Founder

ECIC Industrial Consultants was established in 2010 by Eric Ciampoli. With a focus on independent Value Engineering, and Industrial Engineering Consulting firm serving the manufacturing industry. ECIC is devoted to helping clients identify opportunities to improve their bottom line and enhance their competitiveness.

ECIC is committed to forming a strong working relationship with clients. We prefer to work closely with our clients so that they are involved throughout the entire project. The teamwork approach on our projects leads to mutually developed improvements while maintaining realistic objectives that also create ownership that lasts after our project has been completed.

MASSIMO GILIBERTI
Senior Engineer

Massimo Giliberti is an industrial engineer at ECIC Consulting Inc. He is a passionate systems-builder with deep intuition in recognizing business opportunities, developing culture, and data-based decision-making. He is also a dedicated hands-on leader, committed to orchestrating efficiencies within organizations. Witnessing the growth of his family’s business from 1 to 30 employees has allowed him to: understand growing pains, survey and solicit buy-in from stakeholders at various levels within an organization, and develop strategies for implementing cross-functional change for bottom-line results.

Massimo is a native New Yorker who graduated from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. He has over 15 years of experience as a lean change agent in industries including furniture, material handling, and food processing. Recent results include leading process improvement kaizen events with $1 million cost savings, decreasing lead time by 50% while keeping the budget intact, and cutting customer service costs by 300% while increasing overall customer satisfaction.

ALBERTO LEBRON
Automation Engineer and PLC trainer

Alberto Lebron is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in fulfillment center operations for industry giants like Amazon and B&H Photo. His expertise spans film tension control, encompassing design, programming, and troubleshooting. He's adept at a wide range of programming languages and systems, from Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Automation Direct, TI, to VB30. His proficiency extends to HMI and SCADA software such as FactoryTalk-12, Wonderware, and Automation Direct VB-3.0. Alberto is highly skilled in servo programming, working with brands like Yaskawa, Parker, Control Techniques, AB, Trio, Delta Tau, and Keba.

He's equally proficient in AutoCAD 2023, excelling in PLC panels, electrical systems, electronic circuits, and electrical construction. Alberto's machinery expertise is extensive and covers control, design, programming, and troubleshooting. He has experience with film coating and converting machinery from renowned brands like Black Clawson, New Era, Catbridge Machinery, Shank Converting, and Wintech rewinder. Alberto's skills extend to fillers, particularly in the pharmaceutical and food industries, handling products ranging from mouthwash and nail polish to vaccines, cough medicine, honey, mayonnaise, ketchup, Tabasco sauce, and milk. He's well-versed in operating machinery from Cozzoli, MRM, Elgin, and Doboy.

In addition to his pharmaceutical and food industry prowess, Alberto has expertise in blow molding for soda and water bottles, working with Sidel, Krupp, and Cincinnati machines. He's also skilled in injection molding for preforms, parts, and labels, with experience across brands like Husky, Cincinnati, Negri Bossi, and Nissi.

Alberto's capabilities extend to tablet printing and laser drilling, with a focus on MM Mars and Tables Nano Stamping machinery, as well as bag machines, including standup pouch, vertical baggers, horizontal baggers, and over wrappers. He's proficient in brands such as APAI, Heat-Cool, Hayssen, ILapk, Heat-Control, and Ishida, and is experienced in Hytrol and conveyor systems. His skill set further encompasses scale machines, with a focus on Heat-Control and Ishida systems, as well as in-molding labeling using IML Robotics and Sailor machinery. Alberto is well-versed in high-speed vision inspection systems, utilizing Cognex, Banner, and safety scanners.
